119 Divisibility test of 7

Dear friends,

When I was in 7th grade in 1972, my teacher taught me the divisibility tests of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10,  except 7, then I asked her the divisibility test of 7. On this, she told that there is no test available for 7. I took it as a challenge.

While studying the table of 7 carefully, one day I fount the wonderful method for the divisibility test of 7. Actually, it's very interesting.

This method is published in my book titled "JADU NAGARI SANKHYANCHI". (Magic world of numbers) written in Marathi by "Bruhan Mumbai Ganit Adhyapak Mandal, Mumbai" published on 26th Dec 1980.

Procedure:

1) Take a number.

2) Write down its unit placed digit.

3) Double this unit placed digit.

4) Write down our new number excluding unit placed digit.

5) Subtract double of the unit placed digit from our new number.

6) Repeat this till we get a 2 or 1 digit number. If this number is divisible by 7, then our original number is also divisible by 7.

Example-1:

Check the divisibility of 7 for the number:			6902

As 56 is divisible by 7, our number 6902 is also divisible by 7.

Check the divisibility of 7 for the number:			1981

As 7 is divisible by 7, our number 1981 is also divisible by 7.

As 14 is divisible by 7, our number 20237 is also divisible by 7.

In the same way, we can check the divisibility test for any number.

118-Step-by-step Online CGHS form creation of MTNL & BSNL Employees

The details of the CGHS procedure are given in this blog.

Now we will see the procedure for "how to fill the CGHS form online.

Step-1

Click HERE for the CGHS site:

We will see the following screen:

Step-2

Click on "Apply for Plastic cards", and we will see the following screen:

Enter your mobile number and Captcha which is case-sensitive. 

Step-3

We will get OTP on our mobile. Enter it on the web page as shown in the following screen.

Step-4

Then go for "New Employees/Pensioners who are not CGHS beneficiaries" and click on the green button "Apply Now"

Step-5

Note 1) If you are entering your details the FIRST time enters all the details asked in this form.

         2) If you want to EDIT your data NEXT time, then click on EDIT DETAILS & PRINT FORM    and edit your data any time.

Step-6

After entering your details and clicking on Save & Proceed system will allot one acknowledgment number

THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT TO NOTE "acknowledgment number"

Step-7

If you want to EDIT your data NEXT time, then click on EDIT DETAILS & PRINT FORM    and edit your data any time.

After clicking on the EDIT DETAILS & PRINT FORM button, you have to enter the acknowledgment number.

Step-8

Edit the remaining family details and get the print.

117-Online CGHS form submission of MTNL & BSNL Employees

Dear Friends,
Now we will see how to fill out the CGHS form online.

Keep the following things with you:
1) LPC received from AO (P & A)
2) Obtain NOC from the area Admin from where you got retired on form 2 signed by SM Admin. No claim for Fixed Medical Allowance - mentioned in NoC from SM(Admin).
3) Fill out the online application at https://cghs.nic.in/ website. (See the following chart for respective levels.

For MTNL Employees (Level 1 to 6):

For MTNL Employees (Level 7 to 12 & above):

For BSNL Employees (Level 1 to 6):

For BSNL Employees (Level 7 to 12 & above):

4) Approach the respective CGHS office and confirm from there the amount of DD to be taken. (It will be 120 times the amount shown in "Contribution (in Rs./Month) as per MoH&FW OM dated 09.01.2017 (Last column in the above tables) "

5) Fill out the online application at https://cghs.nic.in/ website.
6) Keep the blood group of you and all dependants ready to fill the same in the online CGHS form.
7) Once correctly filled up you will get a token number from the website. Take the printout.
8) Take a copy of Adhar and PAN card of self and of wife duly self-attested.
9) Take DD and submit it along with the application.
10) Keep all originals for verification at the CGHS counter.
11) CGHS on accepting applications will give an acknowledgment and give a date for collecting the receipt and ID.
12) Receipt to be submitted to area AO for receiving 50% (Maximum up to Rs, 40000) of the contribution from MTNL.

115-Documentation of pension forms of MTNL Employees

Dear friends,
I am writing this blog which contains my view and my concepts only. According to this concept, I think it may be easy for every one of us. If you like this, then follow it, or else you may have your own way to adopt the procedure for arranging the pension papers and submitting them in the accounts unit.

Let us have a look at this concept.

If we arrange the pension papers as per the requirements of the Account section, it will be easy for us to arrange the papers, and the wastage of papers will be avoided.

Step 3:
After arranging these papers according to the above list. Set these labels to these bunch of papers and submit them to the account section.
