113-Ready to fill Pension form for MTNL Employees in WFMS

All MTNL VRS opted employees are aware that everyone must fill out their pension form through WFMS. While filling in data in this system, we need to enter some data in the system and some data will be populated by the system through the system's search window.

Here first we will see the procedure to fill the form and we will prepare one ready-to-fill form well in advance to get your data entry in the WFMS very very fast as many more employees can fill these forms as fast as possible.

Procedure:

1) Open the WFMS screen using the user ID and password of the officer through whom the timesheet is being prepared.

2) See the following picture:

3) Clicking on the "Common" tab given in the above screen, we will see "VRS Data Input" under the tab "7 Voluntary Retirement Scheme"
4) Click on the search button to get Employee details.

Employee-related data will be populated by the system shown with water-marked data in the grey-colored fields.
5) All date-related fields are to be filled through the Calander populated screen as shown below.

6) Now, family details and Alternative Nominees must be filled in very carefully. So download the following Excel sheet which is also called "Ready-to-fill-format". This Ready-to-fill-format must be prepared well in advance before starting the data input in WFMS.

7) After entering the data in the WFMS, save the data. Now you can make any changes to this form till we submit it in the system. The filled data will look like this:

8) After submitting it on WFMS, we can't change any data. Now go to Common with option 7-5-2 for VRS Pension Form, we will see the following window:

9) Search for our Employee No through WFMS, and we will see the following:

This is our final output of 24 pages of pension documents.

Now, MTNL Mumbai Employees can get their VRS details, simply by entering their Staff No in the form of "M0xxxxx". Please click on this statement.

2) In the new version of a software tool, leave encashment and the total amount of gratuity amount after the age of 60 years with interest is updated.

As per the VRS schemes for MTNL and BSNL, the following steps will help us to calculate our VRS amount.

Keep the following data ready.

1) Basic pay
2) IDA rate
3) Date of joining the department
4) Date of actual retirement
5) Date of VRS option
6) Total numbers of EL
7) Total numbers of HPL

Enter the above data in the yellow-colored portion of an excel sheet.

The following results will be available

1) Estimated VRS Amount
2) If, not opted for VRS, the total salary for the remaining period of service
3) Monthly Pension After VRS
4) So, the pension amount received after VRS till the remaining service
5) Total amount received along with monthly pension
6) Opt for VRS or not
7) Gratuity Amount
8) Gratuity Amount with 8 % interest after the age of 60 years.
9) Leave encashment.

In this model, an amount equivalent to 35 days of salary for each completed year of service, and 25 days of salary for each year of service left till retirement is considered.

In this VRS calculation for MTNL and BSNL employees, the pension amount for the remaining period of service is the most important factor taken into consideration, so that everyone will get an idea about the receivable total amount if opted for VRS along with the receivable amount if not opted.
